For hotel room bookings made under the Vacation Purchase Agreement, the cancellation rights, applicable charges, and no-show penalties are governed strictly by the specific terms and conditions outlined in that agreement for each hotel offer. Customers are encouraged to review these terms carefully at the time of booking.

Guests availing their annual vacation stay of 7 days and 6 nights may raise any issue of dissatisfaction within 10 days of utilizing the services. Requests related to refunds for payments made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or any other online or offline mode will be considered within this window. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting administrative charges, ASF, and applicable GST.

Details regarding cancellation policies and no-show charges will be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation.

Please note: This refund policy does not apply to the Vacation Purchase Agreement executed between La Grand Seven Seas Holidays and individual customers. The terms and obligations under that agreement are binding and govern the relationship between the parties, including matters of jurisdiction and dispute resolution.

No refund claims shall be entertained under any circumstances for the amount paid towards vacation purchases made under the Vacation Purchase Agreement.

It is hereby explicitly clarified that all requests related to refunds for fixed-period vacation purchases (for 7 days and 6 nights annually) will be considered only in accordance with the Vacation Purchase Agreement. Customers are not entitled to raise refund disputes for any payments made toward fulfilling their contractual obligations under this agreement.
